In case a custom made shirt needs alteration or remake, the following Return & Exchange policy has to be observed:
- Shirt(s) must be returned within 90 days of purchase to get full refund.
- When claiming a refund please ensure shirt(s) are not damaged or excessively worn.
- Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days.
- Cotton Lure will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
- We request the respected customers to keep a record of tracking information in order to avoid confusion.
- Gift certificate are not refunded but can be exchanged with credit for future purchase
How to return shirts(s) for a refund
In case the respected customer is totally dissatisfied with the overall shirt quality, which includes fabric, sizing and styling, he may ship it back to Cotton Lure and inform through email accompanied with order number for reference.
Custom duties and taxes if any, will be paid by customer.
